Where can I view invoices, billing details, and manage my subscription?

Within the new Producthero platform, on your user profile (located in the top right corner), you'll find access to your billing information, active subscriptions, and invoices. 


From there, you can manage your subscription, edit billing details, view and download invoices, download shop overviews, and access the activity log.


How can I downgrade my subscription plan and remove countries?


You can so do via the subscription section:


Please keep in mind that if you wish to remove any countries from your subscription, these will first need to be removed from the Target Countries in your Merchant Center account.


Who can access the billing section within the Platform?


The billing information within the Producthero platform is initially accessible only to the email address associated with your payment account. This is the email address where your invoices are sent to. 

If you log in with a different email address, you might not have access to user management and billing information. In this case, please contact our support team (support@producthero.com) with your Merchant Center ID and the email address you use to log into the platform. Our team will assist in adding it as an admin user to the account.
