When does my trial period start?
Your 30-day trial starts immediately after you submit the registration form on our website.
Which shops are included in the trial?
The trial period applies to the first webshop you register. If you add another shop during this initial 30-day trial period, it will also benefit from the remaining trial days. Any additional shops added after the 30-day trial period will not be eligible for a free trial.
Will any additional shops added later on benefit from the trial?
No, once your subscription (Premium or PRO) transitions from "on trial" to "registered," any new shops added will not benefit from the free trial period and will be billed immediately.
What happens after the trial period ends?
After the trial period, your account will automatically continue on the selected plan. Any shop(s) added or upgraded after your trial period has ended, will be charged immediately. You will not be billed the full amount upfront; instead, you will receive a pro-rated charge for the period from the date the extra shop was added (or upgraded) until the next billing date.
Will I get a free trial for the PRO tools if I upgrade later on?
If you upgrade to the PRO plan, the first shop you upgrade will receive a 30-day trial to explore our PRO tools. After the trial period ends, any additional upgrades will be billed immediately upon activation.
