How does switching my Merchant Center to Producthero work?

We will start onboarding your Merchant Center to Producthero CSS once we have received your onboarding request and you have verified your payment method. It only takes 3 simple steps to secure the 20% discount on your Shopping Ads Cost-Per-Click.

Step 1: We request the switch

We request the switch for your Merchant Center from your current CSS partner to Producthero CSS. 

Your Merchant Center will be moved to our Multi-Client Account (MCA), allowing your products to be displayed on our platform through an API connection. This setup also gives us access to your Merchant Center for whenever you need our support.

Please contact support@producthero.com for assistance with the process. If you choose to transfer your entire MCA to Producthero, all shops within the MCA will be moved to Producthero CSS.

The connection process will be slightly different but will function in the same way, and all sub-accounts will benefit from the 20% CPC discount.

Your subscription will cover the charges for all sub-accounts and target countries within the MCA. The MCA itself will not be counted as an additional shop.

Step 2: You accept the switch

You will receive an email from Google Merchant Center about a pending switch request in your account. Click the link in the email to be directed straight to the request in your Merchant Center account.

In your Merchant Center, you can view the request via Settings (1) >General account options (2) > Review the request (3).

A screen will pop up where you can approve our switch request. After you have accepted the switch request, two things can happen:

• Your Merchant Center will be switched immediately (if it was under Google CSS),

• Your Merchant Center will be switched after a couple of days, if there is a grace period from the other CSS partner.

Step 3: Your switch is complete

Welcome to Producthero CSS! Your Merchant Center has been successfully switched to Producthero CSS. You will receive a confirmation email along with additional information about Producthero’s Shopping Ad Platform.
