How do I login to the Producthero Platform?

You can login to the Producthero Platform via the following link: https://v2.app.producthero.com/.

When logging in, please make sure you use an email address that has admin access to both your Merchant Center and Google Ads Account, otherwise no data can be retrieved from the Platform.

Why do I see all my accounts when I only registered for one?

All Merchant Center accounts associated with the email address you use to log in to the Producthero Platform will be visible in your Merchants overview, and it is not possible to deselect them.

However, your subscription will only include the webshop(s) you signed up for via the registration form. You can always check your active subscriptions in your user profile (more information here).

How can other users access the Producthero Platform?

Access to the Producthero Platform is granted based on access to the Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts.

If other users would like to access the Producthero Platform, just make sure they have admin access to both Merchant Centre and Google Ads accounts of your webshop. This will grant them the necessary permissions to access the platform.
