I have created an account on the Producthero Platform - what’s next?

Once you've accepted the switch to Producthero CSS, you can log into the Producthero Platform. You can do this with an email address that has admin access to both your Merchant Center and Google Ads account. 
Here's a quick guide on what to do next:

Step 1: Wait for data to be uploaded 

If you don’t see any performance or product data and no feed can be retrieved, please wait up to 24 hours for the data to appear. If there’s still no data after 24 hours, contact us at support@producthero.com for assistance.

Step 2: Set Up the Producthero supplemental feed

This is a very important step as the supplemental feed links the Producthero Platform to your Merchant Center account and it allows optimised data - such as optimised titles and Labelizer labels - from our platform to be transferred to your Merchant Center.

Step 3: Start optimising your titles!

Title optimization is an easy, but effective way to boost your ad performance. Using our Title Optimization tool simplifies the process. Start by focusing on your top-performing products that currently have an average or poor status to maximise their potential, and make sure you follow industry best practices. 

Step 4: Set up your Labelizer strategy

Go to the Advertising tab and customize your Labelizer strategy to fit your needs. For more guidance, check out this blog article and video.
